Turning Image Packs Into Brushes

You will be learning how to turn image packs in to brushes using Paint Shop Pro 9. This will also work in any other version of Paint Shop Pro.
I will be using this image pack from Kill the Hurt.

Step One: Copy the image pack and paste as a new image on Paint Shop Pro.

Step Two: Select the "Freehand Selection" tool:


Step Three: Use the Free hand Selection tool to circle one of the brushes.


Step Four: Click on the Paint Brush icon () and click on "Tool Presets." Then select "Create brush tip from selection."


Step Five: Something like this should pop up:


Where it says "Name," type in whatever you want to name it. Click "OK," and you're done!

You should now be able to use it as a brush! Repeat steps 2-5 to any other brushes on the image pack you want to use as a brush.
