Best Friends

We've been through a lot;
And nothing can stop us.
Together, we have fought,
But we've stuck it out 'til the end.

Don't think I don't know,
Don't think I don't care;
We're best friends,
I'll always be there.

Things stand in our way,
but we'll make it through;
We learn more from each other,
But our similarities are few.

Don't think I don't notice,
Don't think I don't mind;
The lies just seem so real,
And the truth is hard to find.

A lot of things have happened,
it's just so hard to keep track;
I wish it would all rewind,
I want to get it all back.
